For those of you who have been following this blog know that my sweet furry baby, Terraine, was diagnosed with lyphoma earlier this month. She now has stopped eating and drinking so it's time to tell her goodnight and send her off the to the forever sleep.
I will miss her greatly, especially since I am moving cross country and into a whole new territory. It will be hard without my best furry friend. But in a way, perhaps this will help. A completely new environment than what I am used, one without the daily reminders of her sweet little purrs, guarding my towel as I took a bath, telling me off for taking a shower and her greeting me at the door with her eager little meow whether I was gone all day or just stepped out to take out the trash.
Night-Night my sweet baby. May we meet again soon.

Oh love, I'm so sorry. It's just awful when our fur-babies leave us.
But Kate's right, she's going to kitty heaven, where the food is unlimited and there are toys and other kitties a-plenty. More than that, she knows that she was loved utterly by her momma.
Sending you good vibes and much love!
what a shaym :( i feel just awful for you, losing a pet is so depressing. i hope she rests in peace but may she live forever in your heart.
(((((hugs))))))
She will always remain loved in your heart.
My heart goes out to you. Such a tough situation. She's in a better place now. (((hugs)))
I have tears in my eyes, but joy in my heart because I know she will not suffer no more and she really will be in a better place!!!
But I am still sending you tons and tons of ((((((HUGSSS))))))) my friend.
And you are right... a new start for you and a new journey for her as well!
(((HUGS for You)))))
Thank you everyone. I'm happy that she is no longer suffering, but I will miss her greatly (and will no doubt cry many more tears as I adjust to life without her).
And yes she's probably eating her little kitty heart out, she was quite the glutton. Though in her heaven, she is doubtlessly the only cat around (as she didn't like other animals) with many ribbons to chase, soft things to lay on and I'm there grooming her endlessly (as she did like other people much either).
I'm so sorry to hear about the loss of your beloved cat (((hugs))) They become such a part of your life and family and they always leave an empty place once they are gone.
Cry to your hearts content and cherish the memories she gave you!
((Amy))
I'm so very sorry for your loss. My fur family is a hug part of my life and I love them dearly. I've lost ones in the past and can relate to how you feel.
Take Care
Warm regards
Lea
My condolences... it's never easy to lose a loved one, although somewhat of a relief she is no longer suffering. She was a beautiful cat.
Hugs.

You can take some small measure of comfort knowing that she's no longer in any pain.....
Sigh - I'm sorry you had to let Terraine go but thank you for being a great and loving mama to her. It's hard to let them go but I'd still rather have that pain than not have them.
I thank you, Bast, for your children
Though only loaned to me for a while

They sneak into our lives and just take over...and make such a difference. It's heartbreaking when they have to leave, but I wouldn't want to ever experience a life they were not part of. Don't forget that you have all the wonderful memories...and that she will always be with you wherever you go.

Thinking of you with heartfelt sympathy, sweetie. She was a lucky kitty to have you as her "mommy."
